Order Cancellation

Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change a CHARME Jewellery order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your CHARME Jewellery order number or call 0426 850 521, as soon as possible. 

We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfilment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

CHARME Jewellery 30 Day Returns.

You may return items within [30 days] of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached., subject to our refund policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Due to the nature of handmade items, certain products may be non-returnable. These include:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse

 

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at charmejewelery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions. 

 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $99, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us to discuss your options. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
